Who you are buying from

This shop is operated by Marcelo Calderon, trading as MicBricks, at 5222 Perrier St, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. You can reach us at marceloc2023@gmail.com.

What you are buying

You are buying digital building instructions — a PDF you download. You are not buying LEGO® bricks, a physical kit, or a boxed set. No physical item is shipped to you, ever.

Each set page lists the piece count and the number of unique lots so you know what sourcing the parts involves before you pay.

Getting the bricks is separate

We provide a parts list you can send to BrickLink, an independent marketplace we do not own or control. Buying the parts is a separate transaction between you and BrickLink sellers, on their terms, at their prices. Any part price shown here is an estimate for guidance only — availability and cost change constantly and are outside our control.

What you may and may not do with the instructions

When you buy a set you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the instructions to build the model, as many times as you like, for yourself. You may print a copy for your own use.

You may not:

  • share, resell, gift, or publish the file, or upload it anywhere others can download it;
  • sell or give away copies of the instructions as part of a parts kit;
  • claim the design as your own, or republish it as a new set.

Building the model and posting photos of it is welcome — a credit is appreciated. Selling a physical copy of a model you built is fine; the restriction is on the instruction file, not on your bricks.

The designs remain the property of Marcelo Calderon, trading as MicBricks. Breaking this license ends your right to use the file.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — they are never sent to, or stored on, this site. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we are required to collect, which is calculated at checkout based on where you are.

Delivery

Your download link appears immediately after payment and is also emailed to you. Links are personal to your order and expire after a period; if yours has expired or the email never arrived, use Find My Order or email us and we will reissue it.

Refunds and your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital downloads that right ends once the download starts — which is why we ask you to tick a box acknowledging that before you pay. If you have not started your download, you can still cancel using the cancellation form.

Separately from any legal right: if a set is faulty — a missing step, a part that does not fit, a page that will not open — tell us and we will fix it or refund you. That offer stands whether or not you have downloaded it.

Things we cannot promise

The instructions are provided as they are. We cannot guarantee every part will be available on BrickLink at a given price, or that a model will suit a particular age or skill level beyond the difficulty rating shown. Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

LEGO trademark

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this site. These are original independent designs and are not official LEGO products.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you buy. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Louisiana, USA, and its courts have jurisdiction — though if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live.

Questions first, please: marceloc2023@gmail.com. Most things are quicker to fix than to argue about.
